Data Deletion Policy

1. Our Core Principle: Zero Storage

We do NOT store any of your uploaded files. This is our promise.

• Your Passport photos, Aadhaar PDFs, HEIC images, compressed images - all are processed in temporary RAM only.
• The moment your output file is generated and you download it, the source file and output file are both permanently deleted from our server automatically. No recycle bin, no backup.
• We cannot recover your files after processing because we do not keep them.

2. What Happens to Your Data?

Upload -> Process in memory -> Generate download link -> Auto-delete in 5-60 minutes. That is it.

3. Account Data

We only keep minimal account data needed for login: Email, Name, usage count. If you delete your account, this is also deleted within 30 days. You can request account deletion by emailing metouteam@gmail.com

4. We Do Not Sell Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or files with any third party for marketing.
