Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read this carefully before purchasing any premium plan.
1. Digital Product - Instant Access
Our Premium plans (Rs 99/month or Rs 799/year) are digital services with instant activation. Once payment is successful, your premium benefits are activated immediately.
2. No Refund Policy
- Once subscribed, NO REFUND is possible. Because premium access is delivered instantly and cannot be taken back.
- By purchasing, you agree that you have checked the free version (7 uses/day guest, 15 uses/day logged-in) and you are voluntarily upgrading for unlimited usage.
- Cancellation means you will not be charged next cycle, but current active plan amount will not be refunded.
3. When Refund IS Possible
- Double payment for same plan in same minute.
- Payment deducted but premium NOT activated within 1 hour due to our technical fault. You must contact us within 48 hours with payment screenshot and email.
If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method within 7-10 working days.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel auto-renewal from your account page. Your premium will remain active till end date.
